Diocesan Reserve Fund:  this is monies put aside in a Guaranteed Investment Fund to be the "rainy day" money should we not have enough membership fees to function.  This money is donated by individual councils and by fundraising.  It is recommended to have a minimum of 1 year budget in reserve.
